Homeowner:
In order to have your clubhouse deposit returned, the following checkout list must be verified and completed. Cleaning supplies are located in the kitchen and bathroom hallway closets. Upon verification, the Clubhouse Supervisor will deliver this to our management company , who will then return your deposit.

Carpet vacuumed (vacuum in storage closet next to bathrooms). Please empty vacuum bag as needed. | |||

Windows and glass doors cleaned. | |||

Kitchen appliances, sink and counters cleaned (please do not leave any items in the refrigerator or freezer). | |||

|
Toilet paper, paper towel & soap dispensers re-filled. | |||

|
Trash, including bathrooms, emptied into waste cans outside west exit door. | |||
|
|
|
Patio deck cleaned. | |||
|
|
|
All Decorations, including tape, removed. | |||

|
Main room and patio furniture returned to original positions. | |||
|
|
|
Windows and patio sliding doors closed and locked. | |||
|
|
|
Thermostat left on AUTO, as it is pre-programmed. | |||

|
All lights turned off. |
