Open Volunteer Positions

If you would like to volunteer for any of the following positions, please contact the AR HOA secretary at secretary@arhoa.org unless otherwise indicated.

Design Review Committee Member

The Design Review Committee currently has an open position. If you would like to serve on the committee that oversees the HOA design guidelines and evaluates homeowner requests, please contact Diana Walley.

Special Events Coordinator

Traditionally, the events coordinator oversees the Easter egg hunt, pool opening party, July 4^th celebration, Halloween festivities, holiday light decorating, and garage sale. If you volunteer for this position, you may choose to organize these and/or other exciting events for the community.

Budget Oversight Committee

Shelley would prefer to have two additional volunteers with budget and/or accounting experience, but that is not a requirement. The time commitment would begin in July and last through approximately October. There would be a few meetings with the different committees and the management company.

Neighborhood Watch Block Captains

We are in need of 22 additional block captains. Initially Scott estimates the time commitment to be 6-8 hours to walk your block (10-12 houses) and compile a phone tree to distribute to your block. From that point on it should only take a few hours a year to attend a semi-annual block captains meeting, a yearly town meeting, and organize a few block party events.
