HOA Dues Automatic Deduction Form

Colorado Association Services offers you the option of having your HOA dues deducted automatically from your checking account. To sign up for this option, open up and fill out the Automatic Deduction Form, then print it, sign it, and send it to the address on the form with a voided check.

Please note that ACH cannot be used to catch up any past due balances, so a separate check for any past due amounts will need to be sent with the form. Colorado Association Services must receive the form by December 15th or June 15th in order to have your ACH established for the upcoming semi-annual installment.
