Colorado Senate Bill 05-100 (SB-100):

The passage of SB-100 mandates that community associations and sellers of properties within a community association must make certain disclosures in a timely fashion. See below for:

In accordance with Colorado SB-100, the Community Association must provide, to all owners, a specific set of documents on an annual basis. These documents must be published within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year.

In accordance with Colorado SB-100, it is now mandatory that the seller of a property in a Community Association must provide the buyer copies of the most current version of specific documents.
