Colorado Senate
Bill 05-100 (SB-100):
The passage of SB-100
mandates that community associations and sellers of properties within a
community association must make certain disclosures in a timely fashion. See
below for:

Disclosures
In accordance with
Colorado SB-100, the Community Association must provide, to all owners, a
specific set of documents on an annual basis. These documents must be published
within 90 days after the end of each fiscal year.

Documents (Covenants, Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation)
- Architectural/Design

In accordance with
Colorado SB-100, it is now mandatory that the seller of a property in a
Community Association must provide the buyer copies of the most current version
of specific documents. Please ensure that all the documents below are delivered
in order to be in compliance with the law. Where possible, the documents are
provided to you right here on the web site. Just click the document name to
