Community Directory and Homeowner Account Management Online!

In cooperation with our management company, Colorado Association Services (CAS), your Arapahoe Ridge HOA provides you with new, easy, online access to the community directory and to your homeowner account!

• Use the Membership Directory to provide your contact information to your neighbors and to find contact information for your neighbors.
• View your account securely and directly from the web site.

Here's how:

1. Go to http://www.associacolorado.com/
2. In the upper right hand corner, select Owner Login
3. In the middle of the page, use the search bar to find Arapahoe Ridge Homeowners
4. Once you are on the Welcome page, sign in or select Sign Up For New Account on the right if you have not registered before:
   1. Tip: Your Account ID Number can be found on your statement to create your account and access the information you need
   2. Tip: Once you are in, bookmark this page so you can skip straight to sign in next time you want to check in.
5. You should now see your home page with an "Arapahoe Ridge Homeowners Association" banner and some pictures of the community. From any page on the site you can come back to this page by clicking "Home" in the black and white menu bar.
   1. To add your contact information to the neighborhood directory, select the “My Preferences” button on the left side of the page. Include as much or as little information as you wish.
   2. To manage your HOA account, select the “My Account” button on the left side of the page from any page on the site.
