Community Directory and Homeowner Account Management Online!

In cooperation with our management company, MSI, your Arapahoe Ridge HOA provides you with new, easy, online access to the community directory and to your homeowner account!

• Use MSI's Membership Directory to provide your contact information to your neighbors and to find contact information for your neighbors.
• Pay your HOA dues securely and directly from the web site.

Here's how:

1. Go to www.msihoa.com
2. Start by creating your account:
   1. Click the "Sign In" link on the top right corner of the page.
   2. On the right side of the "Sign In Page," under the heading “New User? Sign Up Today,” you will see a sentence that reads "If you are new to the service click Sign Up...." Please click on the words "Sign Up."
   3. On the next page displayed, enter your information and create your Sign In Name and Password.
   4. After filling out the form and agreeing to the "Terms of Service" you'll have access to our Community’s pages on MSI's web site.
3. You should now see your home page with a "Welcome" banner. From any page on the site you can come back to this page by clicking "Home" in the black and white menu bar.
   1. To add your contact information to the neighborhood directory, click the Profile tab below the welcome banner and then click "Edit My Profile." Include as much or as little information as you wish, and be sure to check boxes by only the information that you want your neighbors to be able to see when they browse or search the directory.
   2. To manage your HOA dues account, return to your Home page and click "Financials and Payments" under the "Activity" tab. For your security, the first time you access this section you'll have to request an access code. That code will be sent to the mailing address of record for your home. Once you receive that you can return to this page, enter the code, and proceed to manage your account.
