SB100-Based Polices Revised To Meet SB89 Requirements

The Colorado Property Rights Bill, known as SB100, guided your HOA Board to adopt a number of policies. A more recent bill, SB89, is a follow-up to that one and caused the Board to make some changes to those previously-adopted policies. Each of the links below will present to you one of those newly-modified policies. Please note that prior to November 30, 2007, any resident may contact the management company with any comments or concerns about these policies.
